Will have the skills, qualifications and tools to perform mechanical, electrical and electronics work on CNC and manual machinery. Additionally, will be expected to perform Electrical and electronic repairs on furnaces and other equipment in the foundry. Will do repairs, perform preventative maintenance and keep records as required by Graham-White Quality System. Expected to learn additional skills as necessary towards objective of keeping all GW equipment running. Expected to communicate across departments regarding equipment status and other issues as needed. Other duties will be assigned by the Department Leader.
Necessary Skills &Qualifications:
Electronics skills; Possess knowledge of PLC ladder logic; Capable of learning CNC diagnostics and repair. Must possess personal computer skills with ability to fully utilize CMMS. Knowledge of phone and data transmissions systems is desirable. Able to plan and order materials as needed. Must be a good communicator both verbally and written. Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to apply GW Hazardous Energy Policy consistently (Lockout/Tagout).
The day shift one is M – Th 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM. There could be OT required on Fridays
$20-25/hr - depending on experience. Works out to 41,600-52,000 range per year. 20% fee.
