Qualifications:

- Ability to effective manage cross-functional teams - Project management skills such as: planning, scheduling, coaching, resource identification, budgeting are necessary - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in the use of software tools such as the IT Project/Work database, MS Office, MS Project and SAP (SAP preferred, not required) - Other computer-related experience desired. PMP Preferred

Responsibilities:

Oversees various system projects of a highly complex nature. Generally, assigned projects within an individual business unit. Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project and meeting deadlines of project. Responsible for directing and monitoring the work of team members. Monitors assignments, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met. Evaluates project progress and results. Ensures that projects meet budget goals and deadlines. An incumbent is monitored on projects' progress and results. Errors may cause significant disruption to operations or major costs.
