Required Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, client relation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience understanding databases to facilitate the creation of dashboards and reports in ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience Administrating ServiceNow
  • Minimum of 2+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization
  • Experience with ServiceNow Update sets, Transforms, UI Actions, Business rules, Service request creation, cleanup/fix/background scripts


Required Certs & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, Business or related field
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator



  • Hands on experience with agile methodologies and/or being a Scrum Master for a software development team
  • Experience working in a multi-team environment
  • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks, ITIL v3/4 certification
  • Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB
  • Basic XML, JSON, JavaScript inside the ServiceNow platform
  • Intermediate hands-on experience in troubleshooting ServiceNow
  • Basic hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services
  • Experience with JavaScript and Glide records

  • PMP Certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • ScrumMaster certified
