  • Order supplies & materials
  • Handle reproduction, distribution and mailings
  • Manage job files: create job numbers/folders, job file structure, job file requests & file reconciliation
  • Update & maintain office job schedules
  • Coordinate job invoicing
  • Document customer processes and procedures
  • Some CAD work (preferable but not required)
  • Ensure the revision level of customer design standards & typical drawings (including regulatory manuals) are kept up-to-date within the office
  • Make trips to UPRR headquarters for plan runs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exemplary organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, employees of other departments, and customers
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and MS Project
  • Minimum of two years’ experience within an engineering field, preferred
