Qualifications:

Basic understanding of the operation of computerized and function-related equipment used within a specific business process in the Customer Payment Services Department Basic understanding and working knowledge of personal computers Good oral and written communication skills Interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize work and exercise discretion in performance of duties Ability to work under time constraints Ability to work well independently in a team environment Ability to meet benchmarking stats for assigned equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a Credit Sensitive Position.

Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, this role performs mail opening utilizing moderately complex machinery. Record, enter, store and retrieve information utilizing computerized equipment. Fast paced environment. Work independently in a team environment. Ability to work additional days as needed up to 10 hours on the first business day of the week Communicates with a variety of administrative and professional employees within and outside of the company. Perform other duties as requested.

Comments/Special Instructions

There are several different types of machines that will be operated. Payment extraction and bill insert machines. Paper input and output. Basic PC knowledge is a must as they are used to operate the machine. Detail and organization is also a must as work throughput and output has to be kept neat and in order. No maintanence is necessary as there are technician on site for repair. If the worker has banking knowledge that would be a plus as job handles customer payments. Shift start time may vary dependant on daily staff needs.
