This role develops, implements and coordinates corporate wide human resources policies, programs and processes in functional specialty and monitors effectiveness to further business objectives and legal requirements. Continues study of functional specialty to keep abreast of current practice and informed of new developments, to identify improvements or changes needed and to alert management to need for action. Educate partners within human resources community on policies and programs and provide guidance to their administration. Recommends cost control measures and long-range strategies that will maintain competitiveness and facilitate achievement of corporate objectives. Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
