Job Title- Process Assistant I
Location - Herndon, VA
Duration – 6 Months
Preferred knowledge of ARM Suite (WMIS, Scheduler) Preferred understanding of Construction process (2) Two years customer service experience: telephone, restaurant, retail, etc. Strong verbal, written, and communications skills, Strong organization skills
Education Required: High School required / Associate preferred
Client is conducting a six month pilot that will require (2) two contractors to assume the responsibility as point of contact with Customers for Scheduled work. The primary role of these positions are to proactively communicate with Client's Customers on the status of their project once it has been released to Construction. Once the work is released, the successful candidate will reach out to the Customer advising them of their contact information, when their project should be worked, and assess any questions or concerns that might arise during the life cycle of the project. This will require them viewing the schedules in Client's Work Management system, storing and retrieving information, and communicating any issues or concerns that might potentially hinder the completion of the project
