Provide technical or engineering support to internal and external customers. Perform basic and/or routine assignments, tasks, and maintenance. Demonstrate ability to perform various job tasks and assignments for progression to the next level of Technical Specialist. Conduct training either one on one or in a classroom setting. Provide technical support for data acquisition systems, various types of hardware, maintain inventory, and support various projects. Provide technical support in designated company area or specialized function to include analyzing and evaluating systems, equipment, process improvements, and programs to ensure they are modified, operated, and maintained in accordance with Company policy and regulatory requirements. Perform under deadlines and time frames to meet certain requirements. document, support, and coach others in process development, current projects, and offer solutions. Design and document process improvements and an action plan to implement changes. This role does not function as a technician in modifying, operating or maintaining systems or equipment.
%10 percent travel is possible but would be mostly day travel. This would be an %90 desk job/ office job
