Gopi has served as founding member and 2018 President of ITServe, a non-profit organization of all mid-sized IT Services organization in US.

Chief Executive Officer

Khalil Sheikh is the Executive Vice President of Saxon Global. Under his leadership, Saxon is transforming from an IT Staffing and services organization into a new age digital transformation partner and a strong brand. Khalil has extensive experience in the IT services industry and in turning around businesses by promoting growth and profitability. With more than 28 years of experience across the industry verticals, technology domains he has led several successful digital transformation journeys for ISV’s and enterprises. He has led several CTO/CIO forums in the valley and is known for fostering creativity, collaboration, and diversity.

Hari is a Digital Marketer and Digital transformation specialist. He is adept at cultivating strong executive and customer relationships, utilizing data across all interactions (customers, employees, services, products) to lead cross-functionally as a strategic thought partner to install discipline, process, and methodology into a scalable company-wide customer-centric model. He has 18+ years experience in Customer Acquisition, Product Strategy, Sales & Pre-Sales Management, Customer Success, Operations Management He is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with MBA in International Business and Information Technology.

Neeraj is an experienced and highly accomplished Director of IT staffing services with 17 years of rich experience in Information Technology. He has solid background and knowledge of all sales and recruitment processes, demonstrating solid analytical and team management skills. Neeraj has proven track-record of setting up productive sales & recruitment teams for startups and growing companies. Neeraj turns his vision into reality by creating business oriented strategies and teams for the organisation. Neeraj believes in “Leaders don’t create followers, they create more Leaders” and follow the same passion. Neeraj is a great “human being” and “people person” and he looks forward to interacting with all level of employees every day. Neeraj sincerely values the opportunity to keep a good balance of team bonding and a light atmosphere, despite the hard work that team does in the office.

Director, India Operations

Ranjita Dey joined Saxon in 2010 as an Accountant and has quickly become a key member of the Saxon team. She holds CA,CPA and MBA degrees. Ms. Dey is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant and has over twelve years of work experience in the field of corporate accounting, audits, taxation, and finance. Prior to Saxon, Ms. Dey began her career as an audit senior working for KPMG & Grant Thornton where she was actively involved in organizing, conducting, supervising and finalizing the audits of public & private companies. Ms. Dey has overseen the management of portfolios in excess of $50 million and oversees all aspects of the financial statements and management analysis, development of accounting and internal audit systems, treasury management, and payroll functions.

Mamta is a process and result oriented HR Professional with 12+ years of cross functional multinational experience in the Banking & Staffing Industry. Specialized in HR Operations and HRIS administration her domain of interest has been in the areas of HR Policy Implementation & Administration, Employee Hiring and Onboarding, Labor Law Compliance, Payroll & Health Insurance Support along with MIS/Regulatory reporting.
