Danny Weddel has worked in the information technology and physician search industry since 1997 and serves as the Market Leader for Saxon Global. Prior to joining Saxon, Danny served as Vice President for two national recruiting agencies. His experience allows him to work closely with management and internal recruiting staff to evaluate and provide marketing insight beneficial for strategic planning. Danny is originally from Fort Worth, TX. Outside of work, Danny enjoys volunteering and spending time with his two children, Trenton and Piper.

Ranjita Dey joined Saxon in 2010 as an Accountant and has quickly become a key member of the Saxon team. She holds CA,CPA and MBA degrees. Ms. Dey is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant and has over twelve years of work experience in the field of corporate accounting, audits, taxation, and finance. Prior to Saxon, Ms. Dey began her career as an audit senior working for KPMG & Grant Thornton where she was actively involved in organizing, conducting, supervising and finalizing the audits of public & private companies. Ms. Dey has overseen the management of portfolios in excess of $50 million and oversees all aspects of the financial statements and management analysis, development of accounting and internal audit systems, treasury management, and payroll functions.
