Job Title- Communications Specialist (Videographer )
Minimum of 3 years of experience in video or multimedia production work Demonstrated skills in videography, video editing, web video optimization • Stays current on new communications technologies and implications for video formats • Strong project planning and management to meets deadlines and budgets • Excellent creative, storytelling and scripting/writing skills • Works effectively with senior executives and other employees • Mostly day travel on short notice to wide variety of project assignments • Works in secure and physically demanding environments • Build relationships and works well in a cross-functional team environment • Strong attention to detail • Collaborates, communicates and presents ideas clearly and effectively • Processes and responds to information quickly • Works both collaboratively and independently • Adheres to deadlines and juggles multiple priorities simultaneously
Videographer (Communications Specialist) Experienced creative storyteller assisting in developing, prioritizing and creating professional video productions and multimedia assets for external and internal audiences, in support of digital campaigns for a Fortune 200 brand, specifically focused on Innovation. Manages and performs video consulting, creative brief creation, editing, voice-overs, live stream video, photography, and other digital media. Scripts, storyboards, and films various projects. Works independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables and oversees equipment, production studio, and systems. Collaborates with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content. Plans video shoots; scouts, selects and reserves shoot locations. Records and edits video and audio projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and audio files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music, voice-over, media management and archiving project media. Manages video library. Stays up-to-date on all major company projects and announcements. Interacts with all levels of employees across the company, including executives. Interacts with outside stakeholders, including philanthropic partners, political partners, assistance agencies, and emergency response organizations. Often performs work after hours and on weekends in a diverse range of secure and physically demanding environments. Reports to Manager - Employee Communications.
