Good communication (written and verbal), create, update and deliver training material
Provide project management support to Project Managers throughout the enterprise, including the administration of project management tools and the development of PMO/PM best practices including the integration of Boeing Program Management Best Practices, portfolio analysis support and creation of portfolio reports and metrics; support PM tools, processes and templates, onboarding and training materials; Work with functional organizations (e.g., Finance, SMP, HR, etc.) to assure alignment of processes across enterprise and to support the ongoing maintenance of the project portfolio.

Provide Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM) tool administration and training support to the Project Management community.
Assist with Tier 3 activities for all issues related to EPPM. Train Project Managers on best practices for EPPM and scheduling.
Develop functional and technical expertise in the EPPM toolset and the processes that support it; contribute to continuous improvement on the EPPM Tool and processes including enabling new functionality such as project accounting, portfolio management, web functionality and integrations to other systems. (40% of time spent)
Create reporting and administration tools to develop reporting, dashboards and metrics based on the EPPM web capabilities; publish dashboards and reports; create reports on project/program information in the form of dashboards, Power Point presentations, status reports and other tools used to convey the current state; mentor/utilize APEX, Primavera, Excel, and Confluence for report generation/display. (20% of time spent)
Ensure data integrity, system use and process compliance including timely time reporting, correct schedule management, enabling resource management and efficient project management; create reporting to show noncompliance to recommended standards. (10% of time spent)
Create training materials and work instructions for PM tools and processes; co-train new project management professionals; prepare and review training materials; create onboarding processes for project management professionals. (10% of time spent)
Manage projects and initiatives as assigned to support project and tool initiatives - mainly in the project planning and control function. (10% of time spent)
Assist with project management support, including the implementation of PMO/PM best practices, mentoring of project management staff, assistance with portfolio analysis and creation of various portfolio reports and metrics. (5% of time spent)
Identify and promote best practices in project management, methods and tool, including the design and implementation of new processes; Prepare and edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint templates and other materials; Identify improvement opportunities and assess process feedback to enhance templates, formats and guidelines. (5% of time spent)
